American Management Services is searching for dynamic Business-to-Business Sales Closer to join our team. You will be utilizing the phones, prospecting and setting appointments with Presidents and owners of privately held small to medium sized businesses. We ultimately provide a blueprint of recommendations and solutions identifying measurable costs, savings, and profit improvements that can be implemented in real-time, guaranteeing profit gains. This role is ideal for the self-motivated sales person and is generously compensated by an uncapped commission structure and great bonuses.

Responsibilities of B2B Sales Closer/Appointment setters:

  • Pounding the phones closing appointments with Presidents and CEO’s
  • Relentless approach to hunting and prospecting
  • Getting business owners to disclose their shortcomings/weakness and need for assistance
  • Speaking to a lot of “type A” personalities/drivers
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication in order to move opportunities to the outside sales team
  • Getting decision makers to open up and talk about the areas of their business they aren’t happy with or that need improvement
  • Asking a lot of questions in your selling approach
  • Make over 100 calls a day and expected to set no less than 2 appointments a day
  • Work through provided lead lists, cleanse the lead, update vital lead information
  • Ability to hit targeted goals
  • Extensive ongoing training in the Orlando home office

Job Requirements

Desired Experience, Skills, and Character of B2B Sales Closer/Appointment setter:

  • At least 2 years’ business experience closing deals with business owners or executive level
  • Driven by uncapped commissions and potential to make $50-$75,000 your first year or much more (Money motivated)
  • Extreme confidence, even when confronted with uncomfortable conversations
  • Willing to ask prospects tough questions
  • Thrive in a high paced, high pressure environment
  • Need to be continuously challenged
  • Relentless, never give up – closer mentality. “Always Be Closing.”
  • Dislike 2nd place, determined not to let anyone out sell you
  • Have a high degree of self-motivation and self-discipline
