Job Description

American Management Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.  This candidate will be responsible for supporting our Leads database maintenance and verification process along with other duties. This position is 25 to 30 hours a week. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Leads database administration
  • Generate reports from company databases
  • Answering incoming company phone calls; 
  • Filing of Documents
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Additional duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Administrative Environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Leads database (Infor)
  • High energy level and ability to multitask under pressure in fast paced environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Reliable with a high degree of flexibility
  • Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Motivated, Self-Starter able to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and continually reprioritize with a busy and varied workload
  • Able to manage internal and external relationships at the executive level
