Job Description

Company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.  This qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the Administration staff and Executive Staff as well as communicating with vendors and company clients.  He/she will produce a list of high quality print items and electronic documents.  This individual must be available to work Full Time. Compensation is $14/hour-$15/hour based on experience (plus overtime).


  • Support Call Center operations and other company staff as needed
  • Maintain calendars and client records
  • Track daily results of appointments
  • Produce training materials such as manuals, new hire paperwork, etc.
  • Generate reports from company databases
  • Answering incoming company phone calls 
  • Filing of Documents
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Administrative Environment
  • Proficient in Office Machinery ( i.e. fax, copier, phone, scanner, binding of documents )
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • CRM system familiarity a plus
  • High energy level and ability to multitask under pressure in fast paced environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Reliable with a high degree of flexibility
  • Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Motivated, Self-Starter able to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and continually reprioritize with a busy and varied workload
  • Able to manage internal and external relationships at the executive level
